The service

This platform is an independent directory and promotional service. Every business listed is an independent company.

Purchases take place outside this platform, directly with each merchant. We are not the seller of any listed goods or services.

Accounts

• One account per person; keep your credentials secure.
• Reviews must follow the published review guidelines.
• We may suspend accounts used for spam or review manipulation.

Merchant storefronts & samples

• Storefront space is rented and may be suspended for policy violations.
• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings.
• Validation levels are assigned by staff and can expire or be revoked.
• Items sent for verification are never resold or represented as our own. With the merchant's prior approval, they may be donated to veteran organizations or veteran non-profits for fundraising auctions or raffles, always credited to the merchant. Merchants may request their return instead.

Review, revocation & removal

We may place any storefront under review. Merchants have 14 days to respond and cure the issue. If validation is revoked, we may display a public suspension notice with a plain-language reason for 30 days, disable outbound links, and then permanently remove the storefront page. We may act immediately in cases of evident fraud or serious risk to shoppers.

Limits

Validation reflects only the specific checks described on each storefront. It is not a guarantee of product quality, customer satisfaction, delivery, legality, safety, or future conduct.

Ratings and reviews are the individual opinions of the people who wrote them.

This platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any branch of the military.
