Review guidelines

Write about your own experience

• One review per business per account.
• Describe what you bought or which service you used, and what happened.
• Optional: add the date of your purchase or visit.
• You can edit or delete your own review at any time.

What gets hidden

• Reviews from someone with a financial interest in the business.
• Paid, traded, or incentivised reviews.
• Harassment, slurs, threats, or personal information about anyone.
• Content unrelated to the business, including political arguments.
• Coordinated posting or duplicate accounts.

How moderation works

Reviews may be pending moderation, published, flagged, hidden, or removed. Merchants can respond publicly and can report a review, but cannot delete one or change a rating. Staff hide reviews only for the reasons listed above, and every moderation action is written to an internal audit log.

Rating display

We show the average rating, the total number of reviews, and the full rating distribution. Businesses with very few reviews are labelled as not yet having enough for a meaningful rating.

Ratings and reviews are the individual opinions of the people who wrote them.
