Validation evidence

Documents, identification, private addresses, tracking numbers, and internal notes gathered during validation are stored separately from public storefront content and are visible only to administrators.

What we never publish

• Private home addresses, unless a merchant designates a public business address.
• Veteran documentation of any kind.
• Contact details you did not choose to display.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your own reviews, remove favourites, and request account deletion. Merchants control what optional service details appear on their storefront.
